For fitness: martial arts training will improve your coordination, reflexes and timing. It may even make you a better dancer.
For self defence: evasion is by far the most effective form of protection. We practice that. Once or twice in a lifetime, real violence may be truly unavoidable. Study can help prepare you.
For fun: training is serious, playful and joyous all at the same time. The martial arts community is global and connected, and training opens the door to new relationships wherever you go.
For personal growth: martial arts training will help you in life in subtle and important ways.
In addition to our core Budo and PTK curriculums, we also draw supplementary material from Krabi Krabong, Dog Brothers Martial Arts, Pencak Silat, and others.
